We hope you’re delighted with your Pawtioner purchase! However, if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer to pay postage for returns.

Damaged Lids

As our lids are custom printed to order, each one undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged lid, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or assist you further.

Which Size do I need?

To help you select the correct size, we provide detailed sizing information at the time of order. However, if you’re still uncertain about the right choice, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to advise on the best lid for your needs.

Order Mistakes

We aim to print your lid within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you’ve placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in correcting the issue.

I ordered the wrong size.

If the product has not been used, please contact us, and we will provide the return address. At our discretion, we will issue a credit for the cost of the lid, excluding any delivery charges.
